About Us
Growing Up
So I grew up helping my aunt train police dogs, search and rescue dogs as well as common obedience. She was previously a K-9 handler for the Fayetteville Police Department.
Since then I have trained every dog I've ever had.
My Law Enforcement Career
During my 15 years in Law Enforcement I worked patrol, narcotics, highway interdiction, swat and finally K-9.
How I Got Here
While I was working for the Police Department, I also started an eCommerce business part-time. This business did well and after my wife and I had our triplet girls, we decided it was time for me to hang up the uniform and focus on the business.
Years later, I sold the business and wasn't really sure what to do next until a few people asked me if I would be willing to train their dogs.
And that was the start of Good Dog Obedience.
Our Team
Our team is our family. My wife, Sarah, and my 4 daughters, Harper, Isabella, Skylar and Finley.
My wife also has experience training and my daughters are eager to learn. They all love working with dogs as well as being a part of this business and we plan on building it together.
